PAX WIEMERS VISIT TO MUMBAI 2ND REPORT

Dear Brethren,

Greetings to you in the precious name of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ.

I am glad to have this opportunity to share with you. Bro. Pax is having a good time in Mumbai. We are glad to have him here with us. He is spending good time with the Mumbai grace home children. The Mumbai grace home children are also happy to be with him and are enjoying his presence.

On Tuesday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm he had an interaction program with the Preachers who were there to attend their regular workshop. Pax shared about living a humble life like Christ did. He explained on how people try to exalt themselves in others’ vision but how Christ lived a humble life serving people who were poor and needy. He then spent 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm with the grace home children. He then attended a meeting with the Tamar sisters. He shared few words with them and introduced himself. He spoke to them and told them that they we are children of most powerful God and that we need to establish a relationship with Him and he provides for our needs whatever it may be. He shared on how they need to love God as He loves them to have a good relationship with God. He concluded by greeting them. From 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm he attended Eunuchs’ cottage meeting. He shared few words with them too.

On 5th March, 2008 Wednesday Bro. Pax filmed an interview with me from 11:00am to 1:00 pm. In evening he went with the Grace home children and shopped clothes and foot wear for children. He planned for a picnic on Friday and we discussed a budget for the same.

On 6th march, 2007 Thursday evening at 6:00 pm Bro. Pax attended my House inauguration ceremony. A detailed report on same is as follows:-

As you know in my previous mails, I shared about purchasing the flat (Apartment) next to the present one. By the grace of God, I completed all the purchasing formalities. We had the House dedication ceremony yesterday (Thursday) at 7:00 pm. I invited Bro. Craig Philips and his wife Teresa for the ceremony. I also invited the local Church members and some of the elders from churches. Bro. Pax (Bro. Roger Wiemers’ son) inaugurated the house by cutting the ribbon.

Pax shared some words form the Bible. He spoke on how love plays a very important role in life of God’s servant and that there’s nothing that a good servant of God cannot do without love. He also shared his experience in India and in the Grace home ministries. Bro. Craig shared a simple comparison of a good Christian life and wheat grain. He explained how God wants us to be like wheat grain which give their life and sprout to reap more wheat grains and how it gets grind through and gives up flour for bread. Likewise he said a Christian should be fruitful and work to bring others to God, and if he is tormented for Christ, he is blessed. I shared my personal testimonial with those who attended. After the program, Bro. Craig, his wife and Paxx had dinner with me.

On 7th March, 2008 Friday, as planned we went for a picnic with the Grace home children. The picnic was arranged at Essel World. Bro. Pax himself bared all the expenses, He enjoyed very much with the children and even the children enjoyed the picnic with Pax.

Pax has mixed up with us as our family member and he is very humble though it be with children or with us. He is a good human being and a good servant of God. We are now looking forward for Dr. Roger Wiemers to arrive Mumbai and expect him to be with us for this Easter. The Tamar ministry sisters are also showing good interest in the Self Help program.

Please pray for the Rs. 5 lakhs amount that needs to be paid in next 3 months for the newly purchased apartment. Also pray for Pax who is serving God through his service among Children. You are in our prayers.

Thanking you
Yours in Christ,

P.D.Prasada Rao
